What are the differences between each membership option?
Each membership available focuses on different needs – for example, if you want endless hot yoga classes, sign up for the hot toga membership! See our membership comparison page for complete info.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
We offer several membership options and you have the privilege upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time by contacting our front desk. Your membership terms and conditions will reset every time.
How do I freeze my membership?
Our freeze policy allows you to temporarily suspend your membership in accordance with the following terms:
If member is in good standing, member may freeze the membership for up to 3 months for no additional charge, during which time member is not required to pay the membership fee and will not use or access the facility. The key fob for automatic entry will be deactivated during this time and member agrees to not attempt unauthorized access during any periods in which member’s account is frozen. If member wishes to freeze his/her account for longer than agrees to not attempt unauthorized access during any periods in which member’s account is frozen. If member wishes to freeze his/her account for longer than 3 months, Body Refinery Gym will be allowed to charge a $15 monthly fee.
Please notify us for any freeze requests no less than thirty (30) days before the billing date of the month you want to freeze. Please submit your freeze request form below and we will process your request and get back to you within 1-3 business days after we receive the form.

Where can I find my log in information for my online membership account?
After sign up your BRG membership, you will receive a digital copy of your contract with membership number listed. To access your account please visit www.myasfaccount.com. To login, please use your account number on your contract, and you PIN number to log in. Your PIN number will either be the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number if provided, last 4 digits of your cell phone number or just 0000.
You will also receive you log in bar code to register your BRG mobile app via e-mail. BRG mobile app is free to all current members, both available for iPhone and Android devices.

How can I cancel my membership?
If you wish to cancel your membership, you may cancel it by filling the cancellation request form below to the facility within the time and in the manner set out herein. The notice must say that you do not wish to be bound by the contract and must be delivered, mailed or sent before midnight of the third business day after you sign your contract. If you cancel within three business days, the facility will return to you within three business days all amounts owned to you.
Should you cancel membership agreement after three business days for any reason, you will be subject to a cancellation fee $150 per member, and please check your membership agreement. Please notify us for any cancellation requests no less than thirty (30) days before the billing date of the month you want to cancel. Please include your most recent contact information and we will follow up with you within 1-3 business days after we receive the form.
How can I update my profile/billing information?
You can update your profile/billing information by contacting us at 573-228-9424, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or Facebook message us at Body Refinery Gym. Please make sure keep us updated as soon as you receive your new card. Any decline transactions will posted a $25 late fee and $10 service fee.

What are membership rewards?
With the BRG member rewards program, you earn points each time you check in, join a BRG challenge, reserve a spot in a group class, and more. Then, you can redeem your reward points for swag and rewards – like a free hot yoga session, gift cards to LuLu Lemon, Nike, or Finish Line, and even an Apple watch. Log in to your BRG Perks account to see the points you've earned or check on your mobile BRG app.
