Types of Zumba® Classes
Zumba® classes are 50 minutes long, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ class. Burn up to 650 calories in a typical class. The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, warm up, cooling down, and as well as resistance training. The music comes from Latin-inspired dance styles, including: Cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, cha-cha, reggae ton, soca, samba, hip hop music, axé music and tango.
