Step aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise using an elevated platform (the step). The height can be tailored to individual needs by inserting risers under the step.
Stepiit Classes at BRG
Stepiit is a fun class combing step aerobics, strength training, a short relaxing yoga sequence, final cool down and stretch. You will start class with a heart-pumping cardiovascular step workout. You will build endurance and prepare the body for what is next to come in class. Then it’s time to build strength, tone and maximize calories burned (HIIT). Your final push will focus on flexibility, recovery and cool down. You will leave class with a great full body workout with a great mix of cardio, strength and a refreshed mind.
