Group Classes

What to bring:

  • Water bottle
  • Comfortable workout attire
  • Athletic shoes 
  • For barre, yoga and hot yoga classes: 
    • Bare feet or sock with grips 
    • Moisture wicking workout attire (avoid wearing cotton in hot classes). Less is more here.
    • Long workout pants-  (to keep your leg muscles warm and flexible) 
    • Hand towel (available to check out at out front desk)
    • Yoga towel to lay on top of mat (available to check out at our front desk) 
    • Mat (mats are available to check out at our front desk)
  • For spinning, and spinning recovery classes: 
    • Clip on Cycle Shoes (SPD Compatible) Optional or Athletic Shoes
    • Bike Shorts or Capri Recommended
    • Any Padded “Bicycle” Seat Cover (Optional)

Barre, Barre-Booty
Barre-Sculpting, Barre-Burn 

Barre: is a ballet inspired, full-body workout that focuses on building a long, fit, tone, and lean physique. Classes use a combination of principles from ballet, yoga, pilates and isometric strength training. Class starts with a warm up, then moves into a sequence of upper-body exercises (optional light weights for resistance), lower-body exercises, abdominal works and finishes with a cool down.

Barre-Booty: A full-body workout concentrating on lower-body exercises, this class will give you a sexy lifted booty and toned legs. 

Barre-Sculpting: A full-body workout that focuses on strength and flexibility, you will leave with a long, lean refreshed and relaxed body.   

Barre-Burn: A full-body workout that will get your heart pumping, burn extra calories, increase full body strength and overall endurance.

50 minute class, burns up to 550 calories



Pilates and *Pilates Reformer

Mat Pilates: Mat pilates is a class focus on developing core strength, flexibility, balance, toning, cardio and killer abs! This class will leave you feeling long, lengthened and toned. Expect to work hard, earning you a tighter waistline!

Yoga, *Hot Yoga, *Aerial Yoga

Yoga: A series of restful and calming poses performed in a specific order. Class including breathing, gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses. It is a perfect class for beginning yoga practice, working with injury, limited mobility or who prefer a softer, gentler yoga approach. All levels are welcome. (60 min) 

Yoga-Power: A fast-paced class designed to build strength, tone muscles, weight loss, and burn extra calories. This practice is a total body workout that creates lean, strong, toned muscles, and overall mobility to improve circulation. All levels are welcome. (60 min)    

Yoga-Sculpting: No more slow-mo yoga! Yoga-sculpting is a fast-paced movements with the added resistance of light weights. This class will systematically work the entire body, toning muscles, promoting weight loss, calorie burning, reducing stress and increasing overall vitality. All levels are welcome. (30 min)

*Hot Yoga: A series of postures performed in an order, in a room heated to approximately 100-105 degrees with 50-80% humidity. Hot Yoga systematically works the entire body, emphasis on proper alignment, breath flow, and precise movements leave you a purified body and soul. All levels are welcome. (*additional fees apply, 60 min)

Spinning, Spinning-Recovery

Spinning class includes a mixture of beginning, intermediate and advanced cycling drills that will give you the calorie burn you desire. Get your heart pumping with these group cycling classes where participants can modify the bike’s resistance to meet their own personal workout/training needs. Bring your energy, and prepare to have fun. Heart rate monitors recommended but not mandatory. Come prepared to work hard and sweat your way to great cardio fitness.

Spinning Recovery: We may not always want to take time to rest, but the recovery process is crucial to developing strength and improving our fitness. This active recovery session will help you get stronger by incorporating low-intensity work on the spin bike. We'll focus on breathing techniques, muscle control and our mind-body connection throughout this short ride. All fitness levels are welcome!  (30 minute special spinning class, once a month, Monday night).

Cardio Kickboxing


Zumba® classes are 50 minutes long, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ class. Burn up to 550 calories in a typical class. The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training. The music comes from Latin-inspired dance styles, including: Cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, cha-cha, reggae ton, soca, samba, hip hop music, axé music and tango.

Step Aerobics

Step aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise using an elevated platform (the step). The height can be tailored to individual needs by inserting risers under the step.

Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio kickboxing is a fun cardio class integrates combinations of kickboxing techniques- punches, kicks, & heavy-bag work. Muscle and motion exercises are incorporated to strengthen and tone. You will have fun, reduce stress, & get an awesome workout. Kick and punch to unleash your inner warrior!
