Describe your job in a few words.
Provide instruction to Personal Training staff, set up client fitness & nutritional programs, and write educational blogs and articles.
What's one thing most people don't know about you?
Most people see the body--a 225 lb bodybuilder. They don't realize I have a 134 IQ, multiple teaching degrees, studied 5 languages, and am an expert in ancient history. They just see a muscle head until they get to know me.
What does a typical day look like for you?
I don't have a typical day at work! I'm a full-time police officer and work my gym duties around my shifts.
What's your favorite thing about your job?
I love teaching and educating people!
If you were an animal, what would you be?
Either a lion or an American bison.
