How did you start working here?

The summer of 2017!

What does a typical day look like for you?

On a typical day I wake up, walk my dog, eat a quick breakfast, and head to the gym for a quick workout before work. Then I head to the law office for a few hours before heading to a yoga class. My weekends are divided between time with family and friends and the occasional yoga or fitness class.

What's a quick description of what you do?

I teach yoga and personal fitness classes to people of all activity levels at BRG! I hope to inspire women of all shapes, sizes, and levels of skill to love themselves and love what they can do in the gym!

What's your favorite thing about your job?

I love being able to share the beautiful practice of yoga with everyone I meet!

What are your favorite hobbies outside of work?

I love going to movies, walking my new puppy, and binge-watching Netflix.

What's one thing most people don't know about you?

I used to be a gymnastics instructor and competitive cheerleader.

If you were an animal, what would you be?

A dog probably. Cute, loyal, and get to hang out on the couch all day? Count me in.

What advice would you give to someone looking for a job in your field?

Head to some classes, see what you love and what calls you, then go to a certification! Always follow your passions!

What's your personal philosophy when it comes to fitness?

Personal fitness means different things to everyone. For me it means putting in time and investing in myself and my body. Eating well and spending time every day in physical activity clears the mind, improves your body, and leads to a better you overall!

If we looked in your bag, what would we be surprised to find?

Vitamins and a good book.

What quality do you consider the most important for people to have to be successful at their job?

To be good at any job you have to love what you do!
